Coming Soon: American Museum of Fly Fishing
Officials from the American Museum of Fly Fishing have announced plans to establish a new permanent exhibition as part of Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium in Springfield, Missouri.
National Archery Hall of Fame
A free museum inside Bass Pro Shops, the mission of the Archery Hall of Fame & Museum is to honor outstanding figures in archery by inducting them into its hall of fame. The finest archery museum in the world, it seeks to preserve the history and tradition of archery and bowhunting for future generations.
NRA National Sporting Arms Museum
The NRA National Sporting Arms Museum features a firearms collection the world has never seen. The product of a partnership with Bass Pro Shops, this free museum is located inside the Bass Pro Shops "Granddaddy " headquarters in Springfield, Mo.
Lewis and Clark Collection
With artistry and a passion for historical accuracy, Charles Fritz, one of the nation’s most respected Western artists, has painstakingly brought the Journals of Lewis and Clark to life, allowing visitors to visually experience for the first time what the Corps saw on their historic journey.
Boone & Crockett Club
Founded by our nation’s leading conservation hero Theodore Roosevelt, The Boone & Crockett Club’s National Collection of Heads and Horns gives visitors the chance to step back in time and see more than 40 historically significant North American game animals that helped spark America’s conservation movement.
National Bass Fishing Hall of Fame
The National Bass Fishing Hall of Fame showcases the sport’s icons and individuals who further the sport of bass fishing. Developed in partnership with the Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (B.A.S.S.), the exhibit includes a fascinating collection of artifacts and memorabilia including authentic rods and reels, antique lures and historical photos.
IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame
The IGFA Fishing Hall of Fame recognizes extraordinary achievements in recreational fishing around the world by anglers, captains, scientists, conservationists, writers, or fishing industry leaders. Notable inductees include Ernest Hemingway, Zane Grey, and in 2019, the honorable George H.W. Bush.
