Know Before You Go

Print your tickets prior to arrival, having tickets in-hand and ready to scan is the best way to begin your adventure!   Cell phone service, screen resolution, screen size can all impact our scanners ability to read your tickets – printed copies will ensure speed and ease.

This ticket entitles the bearer admission to the activities listed and for no other purpose and expires as indicated on the front of this ticket.

Multi-Attraction tickets must be used within 30 days of 1st visit, both visits must be used prior to ticket expiration.

Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, transferred to another guest.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and may not be sold or used for promotional purposes.

Tickets and experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable

The Attractions reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate activities of all or any part of the attraction.

Attractions are not responsible for articles lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Any part of the Attractions may close due to refurbishing, capacity, special events or change in operating hours without notice and without liability to the Attractions or the ticket issuer.

The Attractions reserve the right to remove visitors or revoke their ticket without notice, cause or refund of admission fee.

The bearer of this ticket grants the Attractions the right to use any film, video or photographs of the bearer for any purpose whatsoever without payment to the bearer.

Management assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person resulting from or in any way connecting with the condition or use of the premises covered by this non-exclusive license or by any means of ingress thereto or egress therefrom.

If you are on a discounted ticket such as military, senior or local offer photo ID and/or proof of residency will be required at the point of entry.

If this ticket is a membership offer each ticket must be accompanied by a valid membership photo ID card. Members who do not have a valid membership photo ID may be denied entry.

Unless specifically noted, tickets are valid for same day entry to both the Aquarium and Wildlife Galleries.  Both maybe access from inside the building but do have two separate points of entry. The Aquarium entry is located on the northwest side of the building, nearly W Sunshine Street.  The Wildlife Galleries entry is located inside Bass Pro Shops upstairs of the main entry nearest Campbell Street.

Service Animals under ADA Title II and III are welcome at Wonders of Wildlife. For the safety of the animals that call Wonders of Wildlife home non-service qualified animals, i.e. emotional support animals, are not permitted inside the Aquarium or Wildlife Galleries.

If you are experiencing any of the following, please visit our waiver site to complete your waiver prior to arrival – all participants will be required to have a waiver for the following:

• Bike Rental
• Bring Your Own Bike
• Any Dogwood Canyon Annual Membership program

As an outdoor attraction our operations may be impacted by weather – rain, lightning, snow, and ice may cause delays or even closures of some or all of our attraction. In the event of a closure or cancellation your tickets will be refunded automatically by our team, please allow 5 to 7 business days for that refund to process. This is only done if the attraction is closed or your scheduled tour is cancelled, partially conducted tours or early attraction closures may not be refunded or rescheduled – those will be addressed by the Guest Services Team on the date of your visit, please stop at Guest Services prior to leaving the attraction. Guest wishing to reschedule or request a refund due to weather may do so using the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.

Upon arrival to our Welcome Center please register your drivers by CLICK HERE. Each waiver will accommodate up to four drivers.  Drivers must be 18 years of age.

• • For Lost Canyon Cave Trail Participants: THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE/USER ACCEPTS RISK OF INJURY. By use of this ticket, the ticket purchaser/holder (“Holder”), on behalf of him/herself and any minor accompanying Holder, (1) voluntarily assumes all risks incident to participation in the Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail activity, including the risk or lost or damaged property or personal injury, and (2) waives, releases and discharges the owner and operator, and each of their affiliated or related entities, and all principals, agents, employees and insurers of the same from any and all negligence and liability for Holder’s (or any accompanying minor’s) death, disability, personal injury, property damage or claims of any other nature arising as a direct or indirect result of Holder’s (or any accompanying minor’s) participation in the activity.  The operator may revoke this license and eject or refuse participation to any person for violation of rules, illegal activity, misconduct, or failure to comply with safety or security measures.

The Adventure Pass, our Cave Trail & Museum Combo ticket is non-transferable and is valid for one same day entry to each attraction.

Tickets purchased online are sold in time blocks to control the number of guests arriving during each period.  Online tickets do not guarantee entry during the time selected.   Your online purchase does guarantee that you have received the best price and are able to bypass the line to purchase tickets at the Welcome Center.

Damage Protection per cart may be purchased for $8 and covers up to $600 in accidental damage.  If you did not pre-purchase Damage Protection you may purchase it at the ticket counter at the Welcome Center upon arrival and prior to your experience.
